Measures to support accessibility

Irish Bonsai Association (IBA) is committed to making its website and activities as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible. We take the following measures to support accessibility:

• Include accessibility as part of our commitment to an open and welcoming community.

• Consider accessibility when planning events and activities.

• Provide accessibility information for individual events and venues whenever possible.

• Continue to review and improve the accessibility of our website.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.

Irish Bonsai Association aims to make its website accessible and is working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. Some parts of the website may not yet fully conform to all accessibility standards.
